Hi TVRR,
I really like the effect of the snow in the Eng. Hse Yard, it looks really Slushy & Wet, great job!
The only thing I might suggest is to try and lighten the image slightly to enhance your deisel loco which of course isn't the main subject here according to the heading but rather the buildings.
Of course maybe you were trying to show the shadows cast by the clouds! If so your scene look very correct!
